مسنا Mesna
واریو میتکسان Vario-Mitexan
مسنا ۴۰۰ میلی‌گرم/ ۴ میلی‌لیتر Mesna ۴۰۰ mg / 4ml
ترکیب: ۱ آمپول ۴ میلی‌لیتری حاوی ۴۰۰mg مسنا می‌باشد.
تاثیر: پیشگیری از سمیت دستگاه ادراری به‌وسیله ایفوسفامید یا سیکلوفسفامید.
مواد منع مصرف: حساسیت شدید شناخته‌شده به مسنا یا سایر ترکیبات تیول. واکنش‌های آلرژیک (واکنش‌های حساسیت شدید) در پی استفاده از مسنا در بیماران به‌طور مکرر گزارش‌شده است. از این رو محافظت از مجاری ادراری با واریو-متیکسان فقط در چنین بیماران باید پس از بررسی دقیق ریسک و فایده و تحت نظارت پزشکی صورت گیرد.
برهمکنش: تابه‌حال شناخته‌نشده شده است. در شرایط آزمایشگاهی مسنا با سیس پلاتین و خردل نیتروژن ناسازگار است.
عوارض جانبی: در برخی موارد واکنش‌های حساسیت شدید (واکنش‌های هایپررژیک) تا حدی مرتبط به اعضا مانند واکنش‌های پوستی و مخاطی با میزان و شدت‌های مختلف (خارش ، قرمزی ، تشکیل تاول)، برآمدگی بافت موضعی (ورم موضعی)، موارد نادر افت فشارخون و افزایش ضربان قلب به بالای ۱۰۰ در دقیقه (تپش قلب) به دلیل حساسیت شدید حاد با افزایش پایدار در برخی از آزمون‌های عملکرد کبدی (ترانس آمینازها) گزارش‌شده است. تابه‌حال موارد نادری از سوزش وریدی در محل تزریق وجود داشته است. در یک مطالعه قابلیت پذیرش با استفاده از دوز بالای داخل وریدی و خوراکی مسنا با دوز منفرد ۶۰ میلی‌گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن و بالاتر با حالت تهوع، استفراغ، اسهال، سردرد، درد مفاصل، افت فشارخون و افزایش ضربان نبض به بالای ۱۰۰ در دقیقه (تپش قلب)، واکنش پوستی، خستگی و ضعف همراه بود. در طول درمان، عوارض جانبی بالا را همیشه نمی‌توان به‌طور واضح از عوارضی که به دلیل خود اگزازافسفورین ها یا داروهای دیگر ایجاد می‌شوند، متمایز نمود.
شیوه ارائه: ۱۵ آمپول ۴ میلی‌لیتر در ۴۰۰ میلی‌گرم. واریان میتکسان را تنها با نسخه می‌توان تهیه نمود.

Mesna 400 mg / 4ml
Composition : ۱ ampoule of 4ml contains 400mg mesna.
Indications : Prevention of urinary tract toxicity by ifosfamide or cyclophosphamide.
Contraindications :Known hypersensitivity to mesna or other thiol compounds. reactions (hyperergic reactions) following mesna has been reported more frequentiy in patients.protection of the urinary tract with Vario-Mitexan should therefore only be undertaken in such patients following careful risk-benefit analysis and under medical supervision.
Interactions : Not known according to current experience.In vitro MESNA is incompatible with cisplatin and nitrogen mustard.
Side effects : Some cases have been reported of partially organ-related hyper-sensitivity reactions ( hyperergic reactions) such as skin and mucosal reactions of varying extent and severity (itching,redness, blister formation),local tissue swslling (urticarial oedema),rare cases of falls inblood pressure and increased pulse rate above 100/min (tachycardia)due to severe acute hypersensitivity with atransient rise in certain liver function tests (transaminases). There have beenrare cases of venous irritation at the injection site.In a tolerability study using high intravenous and oral deses of mesna.single doses of 60 mg/kg body weightand above were associated with nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, joint pain,fall in blood pressure and increasa in pulse rate above 100/min (tachycardia),skin reactions, exhaustion and weakness.During treatment,the above side-effects cannot always be clearly differentiated from those due to oxazaphosphorines themselves, or other concomitant medication.
Presentation : ۱۵ ampoules of 4 ml/400 mg. Vario-mitexan is available on prescription only.
